ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to sanction the unpaid salary for the period of suspension from 09.07.2003 to 03.06.2004 including all other attendant benefits as well as to apply the lower rate of interest and repay the excess interest collected by clubbing both staff loan and commercial loan into a single loan on reduced rate of interest from the year 2004 to the petitioner. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 3.Subsequent to the filing of the Writ Petition, now, the respondent-Bank has come forward with the communication, dated 24.04.2019 with regard to payment of salary and allowances for the suspension period from 09.07.2003 to 03.06.2004. 4.

Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the authorities with regard to any other payments within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such filing, the authority concerned shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter. No costs.
