[Order of the Court by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Heard Mr.T.Indra Chithu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.T.Mohan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

2. The petitioner has filed this Habeas Corpus Petition seeking direction upon the respondents 1 and 2 to produce her

daughter / detenue, namely, Nandhini, aged about 15 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

3. The respondent Police produced the detenue before this Court. We have spoken to the petitioner, her husband as well as the detenue.

4. The detenue expressed that she likes to remain in the home and she is aware of the fact that she is pregnant. However, we refer the matter to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench, to be taken up for hearing at 02.15 p.m., so that some amicable solution can be arrived at, failing which the detenue, namely, Nandhini, aged about 15 years, shall be sent to Venkateswara Home, Kaduveli, Kaduveli-Post, Thiruvaiyaru Taluk, Thanjavur District, Pincode-613 203, wherein she is presently placed pursuant to the order passed by the Juvenile Justice Board.

5. With the above observation, the habeas corpus petition is closed.
