No.13042 of 2021on 17/09/2021 has passed an order as follows * The matter is listed today under the caption 'for reporting compliance'. On going through the records, it is seen that before the trial Court 3 witnesses have been examined.

2. The Registry is directed to call for a report from the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Madurai as to the stage of the case. Along with the report, copies of deposition shall also be sent to this Court for considering this petition.

3. In the mean time, cancellation of document, which has alleged to have been executed by the accused, shall also be circulated.

4. Post this matter on 22.10.2021.
