ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 28.09.2015 based on the order dated 30.10.2015 passed by the Judicial Magistrate No. III, Trichy in Cr.M.P.No. 7566 of 2015. 2.This petition has come up today for admission. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents and I have also perused the records carefully.

3.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent that a case has been registered on 17.03.2016 in Crime No.130 of 2016, for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 354, 506(i) I.P.C. and Section 4 of Women Harassment Act, on the file of the Samayapuram Police Station, Trichy District, on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 30.10.2015.
