[Order of the Court by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Heard Mr.R.J.Karthick, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.T.Mohan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

2. The petitioner has filed this Habeas Corpus Petition seeking direction upon the respondents 1 and 2 to produce her husband / detenu, namely, Periasamy son of Mr.Muniasamy Nadar, aged about 32 years, before this Court and set him at liberty

3. The respondent police produced the detenu, who appears to have gone out of the town on account of some business activities. Now, he is ready and willing to go with his wife / petitioner and lead a happy matrimonial life. Thus, we find that there is no illegal detention.
