PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the person or body of detenu namely Sibhu aged about 32 years, son of Mohan before this Court, who is now detained in the Central Prison, Palayamkottai, in pursuant to the detention order passed by the second respondent in M.H.S. Confdl.No.19/2017, dated 08.02.2017 and to call for the records and quash the same and set the detenu at liberty forthwith.
