complaint lodged by the complainant, petition enquiry is pending. So far, no case has been registered against the petitioners. 2.Since, enquiry is pending against the petitioner, the question of anticipatory bail does not arise. It is the matrimonial dispute. The respondent has to follow the procedure by referring the matter to conciliation procedure. If the petitioners finds any trouble in future, they can work out their remedy through appropriate proceedings.
