ORDER

In this writ petition, the petitioner seeks for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of her statutory appeal pending on the file of the second respondent, dated 27.09.2021.

2.Aggrieved by the rejection of the petitioner's application seeking for issuance of patta in her name, the petitioner has filed the aforementioned statutory appeal on 27.09.2021. 3.No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if a direction is issued to the second respondent to dispose of the statutory appeal filed by the petitioner, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

W.P.(MD)No.8425 of 2022 appeal, dated 27.09.2021, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner and any other necessary party, whom the second respondent deems fit to enquire.
