This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case upon the complaint of the petitioner dated 08.12.2015 for issuance of Non-Traceable Certificate.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.
3. It is the case of the petitioner that he has lost certain documents. Hence, the petitioner is directed to go in person and lodge a complaint containing the same contents as found in the complaint dated 08.12.2015 and on receipt of such complaint, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law, if the documents have been genuinely lost by the petitioner. The Police Officer should bear in mind that there are instances where after mortgaging the property, the complaint has been given as if the document has been lost. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
