This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the contemnors/respondents for their willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.6620 of 2023 dated 12.10.2023.

2. Heard, the learned Counsels on either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.

3. The contemnors are directed to settle the petitioner's salary and increment arrears within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
