O R D E R

This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the contemnors/respondents for their willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.6445 of 2023 dated 12.10.2023.

2. Heard, the learned Counsels on either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that a writ appeal in W.A.(MD)No.2100 of 2024 along with a stay petition in C.M.P.(MD)No.14867 of 2024 has been filed as against the order dated 12.10.2023 made in W.P.(MD)No.6445 of 2023 wherein Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court has granted interim stay.

4. Recording the same, this contempt petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to reopen the contempt petition, if the writ appeal is dismissed.
