ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that the fourth respondent is carrying on quarry operation in Vaigai River, more particularly in Katchirairruppu area, near Solavanthan. Hence https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner has given a representation dated 29.11.2014 to the respondents 1 and 2 and the same is not considered so far. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that bundle was handed over to the petitioner. However, we are not inclined to adjourned the matter, since it relates to public interest.

3.In view of the above, without going into the merits of the petitioner's claim, the authority concerned is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.11.2014, if the petitioner pursues the matter any further, on its own merit and in accordance with law.
