ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) Challenging the order passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(MD)No.3891 of 2026, the present writ appeal is filed. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed on record.

3.A bare of the order passed by the learned Single Judge, it is clear that in view of the dispute between the parties with regard to title over the subject property, the writ petitioner has been relegated to approach the competent Civil Court for establishing his right. 2/4

4.When the learned Single Judge has only relegated the parties to work out their remedy before the Civil Court, it is for the appellant, if he so desires, to establish his right over the pathway in the manner known to law. We do not find any infirmity or illegality in the order impugned warranting interference in this writ appeal. 5.In fine, we do not find any merits to entertain this writ appeal and accordingly, this writ appeal is dismissed.
