[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J] The petitioner is the father of the detenue and according to him, the detenue is under the illegal custody of the third respondent. The detenue along with the third respondent are present in Court. They have been married and they have got a child. The third respondent is practising as an advocate in Sankarankovil. We have questioned the detenue and she is very happy along with her husband. Thus, we find there is no illegal detention. 2. For the above reasons, no further orders are necessary in this Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, this habeas corpus petition is closed.
