Respondents PRAYER: The petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the detenu namely, Ranjani, aged about 16 years, daughter of Muniyandi before this Court and hand over the custody to the petitioner.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J.) The Habeas Corpus petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to produce the detenu namely, Ranjani, aged about 16 years, before this Court and hand over the custody to the petitioner.

2.Today the detenu has been produced by the respondent Police before this Court. She is a minor girl aged 16 years, who has gone away with the 3rd respondent. The detenu has now realized her mistakes and now she wants to join with her parents. We have also advised the parents of the detenu to take appropriate care of her.

3.In the light of the above, this Habeas Corpus petition is closed.
