This petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondent police not to interfere the business transaction between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent and not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the State.

3. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petiton enquiry has been conducted and it has been subsequently closed. He has further submitted that since the complaint has already been closed, there is no scope for harassment at all and they did not interfere in the Civil dispute of the petitioner.
