ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 04.04.2022, to furnish the copy of the 81 enquiry report and other relevant documents in the light of the order, dated 23.07.2021 made in C.R.P (PD) No. 756 of 2018 on the file of the Principal Seat of this Court.
2.Heard Mr.C.Venkatesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Senthil Ayyanar, learned Government Advocate, 1/3
who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 3.Admittedly, in the order dated 23.07.2021, passed in C.R.P. (PD).No.756 of 2018, the Principal seat of this Court remanded the matter back to the respondent therein for fresh consideration and directed the official respondent to serve all the documents, which are required by the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Though a direction has been given on 23.07.2021 in C.R.P.(PD).No.756 of 2018, similar relief has been sought for in this writ petition. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner now seeks liberty to approach the principal seat of this Court and file a contempt petition for the alleged disobedience of the order, dated 23.07.
2021, as according to the petitioner, the documents including the 81 enquiry report has not been furnished to him. 5.After recording the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition by granting liberty to the petitioner, if so advised to file a contempt petition, in case of disobedience of the order dated 23.07.2021 passed in C.R.P.(MD).No.756 of 2018 before the principal seat.
6.With the aforesaid liberty, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
