ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J.) This petition has been filed seeking to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus directing the first respondent to direct the third respondent to produce the person or body of the petitioner's father, Singaram, aged 57 years and set him at liberty.

2. Even as per the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 17.12.2016, his father is missing from 25.04.2013. The respondents, on enquiry, found that the detenu had gone to Ernakulam and has come https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and contacted the persons who practised Black Magic.

3. Thus, we find that on his volition, the detenu has gone away and there is no illegal detention. Hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
