[Order of the Court was made by RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.] This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order, dated 07.08.2023, made in W.A.(MD) No.1119 of 2020.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the directions issued by this Court in the above writ appeal have been duly complied with. The same has been acknowledged by the learned counsel for the petitioner, however, he submits that monetary benefits pursuant to the directions issued by this Court are still due to the petitioner.

3. Recording the above submission of the learned Additional Advocate General, this contempt petition is closed. However, monetary benefits, if any due, shall be paid to the petitioner at the earliest. [T.K.R., J.] [R.V., J.] 04.12.2024 NCC :
