[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] Today, when the Habeas Corpus Petition was taken up for hearing, the detenu-Deepika is present. When enquired, she told us that she belongs to Backward Class and she was in love with Prabhakaran/third respondent, who is a Dalit, which was not to the liking of her parents and, therefore, she has eloped with the third respondent and got married to him on 14.02.2017. Even, according to the petitioner, her daughter is 19 years of age. In view of the fact that the detenu is not in illegal custody, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
