O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to grant permission and protection for cultural event namely Innisai Katcheri scheduled to be held on 01.07.2018 at night 07.00 p.m., to 11.00 p.m., in connection with the "Illa Vizha"in the petitioner's house function at Chinna Ulagani Village, Koodakovil Post, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.06.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made representations dated 18.06.2018 and 27.06.2018 respectively, for conducting Innisai Katcheri in the petitioner's house function at Chinna Ulagani Village, Koodakovil Post, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District. Since the said representations have not been considered so far, the petitioner has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

filed the present writ petition for the aforesaid relief. 4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that if the petitioner's representation is pending for consideration, the same will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed.

5.Considering the above submissions made on either side, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.06.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 30.06.2018 6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
