PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to issue direction to transfer the investigation and further directing the 3rd respondent to forward the petitioner complaint dated 23.04.2022 to the 2nd respondent for conducting an enquiry under the Code of Criminal Procedure. ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to transfer the investigation and further direct the third respondent to forward the petitioner complaint dated 23.04.2022 to the second respondent for conducting an enquiry under the Code of Criminal Procedure.

3. In view of the same, the petition stands dismissed. However the petitioner is at liberty to lodge a fresh complaint before the jurisdictional police.
