This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw and transfer HMOP.No.232 of 2021 on the file of the learned Sub Court, Devakottai, Sivagangai to the file of the learned Sub Court, Melur.

2. Eventhough, this petition has been filed seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.232 of 2021 from the file of the Subordinate Court, Devakottai, Sivagangai to the Subordinate Court, Melur, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the present position and appointment, he seeks a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Devakottai, to speed up enquiry process and dispose the case.

3. In view of the above submission, considering the oldness of the matter, there shall be a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Devakottai to dispose the H.M.O.P.No.232 of 2021 within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. No costs.
