This Writ Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the respondents to remove the petitioner's name and close the history sheet in H.S.No.5 of 2020 maintained by the 4th respondent by following the guidelines issued in the decision in Sahari @ Sabarigiri Vs. Assistant Commissioner of Police, Annanagar (L & O) Range, Madurai City, Madurai and other reported in 2018 (4) MLJ) (crl) 585 and Thirumurugan Vs. The Superintendent of Police, Madurai District reported in 2020(2) LW (Crl.) - 266 and forbear the 4th respondent police not to imposing Section 110 Cr.P.c., as against the petitioner within the time frame that may be fixed by this Court by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 10.12.2022 and 27.03.2023. 2/5

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered by the committee in the meeting scheduled to be conducted in the month of July 2023.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
