This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 22.02.2016 and investigate the case in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 22.02.2016, it is seen that the dispute is essentially between the petitioner and her employer. Even in the complaint, the petitioner has not given the date on which the alleged incident said to have been occurred. In the considered opinion of this Court, it is not a fit case to direct the respondent police to register the F.I.R. on the complaint of the petitioner dated 22.02.2016.
