O R D E R

*********** [Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J.] The petitioner, who is the husband of the detenue-Abinaya, D/o.Raju, aged about 20 years, has filed the present Habeas Corpus Petition, stating that the petitioner and the detenue fell in love with each other and both of them got married on 16.03.2016. While so, the third respondent forcibly took the detenue on 10.02.2017. Since the whereabouts of the detenue was not known, the petitioner made a complaint to the second respondent. However, no action was taken to trace out the detenue so far. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the present Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. Today when the matter was taken up for consideration, the second respondent produced the detenue before this Court. On our enquiry, she expressed her unwillingness to go along with the petitioner. Further, the detenue has assertively stated that she is not in illegal custody of anybody.
