O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to cancel history sheet in H.S.No.704 of 2024 maintained in the petitioner's name on the file of the 3rd respondent by considering his representation dated 07.03.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no. 1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner has 15 previous cases pending against him and he is a history sheet holder, and still the above said cases are pending. Therefore, the history sheet in H.S.No.704 of 2024 is pending against the petitioner. In the mean time, the petitioner has also sent a representation dated 07.03.2025 and the same is under consideration by the 1st respondent.

3. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition, this Court recording the above said submission of the respondents directs the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated Page No. 2 of 4

07.03.2025 and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of fifteen [15] days from the date of this order.

4. With the above said direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
