ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 19.03.2018 in accordance with law. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint has been enquired and the same was closed. During the enquiry, it is found that the said complaint is false. A copy of the closure report has also been produced before this Court.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the concerned Court, seeking appropriate remedy. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In the light of the above submissions made by both the parties, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate Court to work out her remedy, if she so advised.
