ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case against the proposed accused person based on the petitioner's complaint dated 02.03.2016. 2.This petition has come up today for admission. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents and I have also perused the records carefully.

3.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent that a case has been registered on 17.03.2016 in Crime No.6 of 2016, for the offences under Sections 498(A), 294(b) and 506(i) I.P.C. , on the file of the All Women Police Station, Tallakulam, Madurai, on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 02.03.2016. The said statement is recorded.
