(Mobile No.82207 25269) as Advocate Commissioner to find out as to who is in possession of the property in question;

2 Before inspection, the Advocate Commissioner is directed to issue due notice to both parties concerned regarding the proposed date of visit and timings and it shall be intimated well in advance; 3 The Advocate Commissioner is directed to submit the report on 20.09.2019 before this Court;

4 Remuneration for the Advocate Commissioner is fixed as Rs.20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand only) to be paid by the both parties in equal proportion, in advance.
