This petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein to register F.I.R. on the complaint of the petitioner dated 25.01.2016 and investigate the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 25.01.2016, it is seen that it is essentially appears to be a contractual dispute between the petitioner and the opposite party in respect of a construction work that is said to have been done by the petitioner. Hence, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to register the F.I.R. on the complaint of the petitioner dated 25.01.2016. Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
