To pass an order setting aside the judgment and decree dated 09.02.2017 passed in appeal in A.S.No.5 of 2016 on the file of the Principal District Court, Ramanathapuram confirming judgment and decree dated 04.02.2016 passed in the suit O.S.No.116 of 2013 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Ramanathapuram and dismissing the suit and thus allow the second appeal with costs throughout and thus render justice.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.R.JEYAPALAM, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
