O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case upon the petitioner's complaint dated 02.03.2016 on the file of the second respondent police and to investigate the same in accordance with law and also issue suitable direction against the first respondent to supervise the whole investigation.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. When the case was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the complaint dated 02.03.2016 has been sent by the petitioner to the respondent through post and petition enquiry is pending. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Under such circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to go in person before the second respondent and lodge a fresh complaint containing the same contents as found in the complaint, dated 02.03.2016 and on receipt of such complaint, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law, if it discloses the commission of a cognizable offence or drop action otherwise.
