RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINNAT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time by a period of fifteen days to comply with the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.MD.No.14099 of 2019 dated 4.10.2019 and pass such other orders as this Hon`ble Court may deem fit. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.BINDRAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that earlier this Court by an order dated 04.10.2019 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners with a condition to take a demand draft for a sum of Rs.10,000/-in favour of the victims. Since the petitioners are doing coolie works they are not in a position to mobilize the said amount. Hence, they seeks two weeks time to deposit the said amount.

3. Considering the request, time granted by this Court vide order dated 04.10.2019 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.14099 of 2019 is extended by two weeks from today.
