O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein to investigate and register F.I.R on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 25.02.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 25.02.2016, it is seen that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the opposite parties and the petitioner has alleged that despite she got a decree in her favour, the opposite parties are not permitting her to work in her lands. The petitioner has not given any date on which the opposite parties have prevented her. Taking into consideration the nature of allegations, this Court is of the view that it is not a fit case to give a direction to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent police to register the F.I.R. on the complaint of the petitioner dated 25.02.2016. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
