ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 494, 294(b) and 506(ii) I.P.C., in Crime No.Not known of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent submits that on the basis of the complaint given by Suganya, enquiry was undertaken in C.P.No.84 of 2022. There was an agreement between the parties, by which the petitioner agreed to pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- as maintenance amount to the wife apart from other terms. Based upon the aforesaid undertaking, it was closed. 3.Since the complaint has been closed, this petition is dismissed as unnecessary.
