behalf of the third respondent made a submission that the third respondent, in whose favour, the promotion order was passed, has already retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation.

2. This apart, the internal communication shared between the Joint Registrar and the President of the Society concerned is under challenge in the present writ petition.

3. In view of the above, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition. If at all any grievance exists, the Management of the Society is at liberty to approach the Registrar of the Cooperative Societies, under the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983 and redress the same.

4. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
