ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police in connection with Crime No.47 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 294(b), 120(b), 506(i) and 420 of IPC, have filed this petition. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused persons received a sum of Rs.10,59,000/- from the defacto complainant on the pretext of arranging a loan to clear the debts of the defacto complainant, however, the accused neither arranged the loan nor repaid the amount. Hence, the case. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that this is the second application for anticipatory bail and the earlier application was dismissed by this Court on 05.01.2024. He further submits that the investigation is completed and hence, he prays for anticipatory bail.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation is yet to be completed. He further submits that the petitioners have also involved in a case in Crime No.548 of 2020 before the Thiruvattaru Police Station, where the defacto complainant, who lost the jewels with the petitioner, has committed suicide at a later point of time and they have also recovered the suicide note in that case.

5.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and since there is no change in circumstances as on date, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
