ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that Section 110 Cr.P.C., proceeding is going to be initiated against the petitioner before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Thenkasi, in LIR No.28/2023.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that he is not a habitual offender and no case has been registered against him so far.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. After receiving the notice, the petitioner shall work out his remedy before the authority concerned.
