No.5/17 on 06.02.2017 against petitioner's husband, the detenue herein, now confined at Central Prison, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenue Thiru.Arumugasamy, S/o.Panneerselvam aged about 42 years before this Honourable Court and set him at liberty.

O R D E R

[Order of the Court by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner challenges the impugned order of detention, dated 06.02.2017 in H.S.(M) Confdl. No.5/17, detaining her husband as "Black Marketeer", as contemplated under the Prevention of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Black Marketing and Maintenance of Supplies of Essential Commodities Act, 1980 (Central Act 7 of 1980).

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor reports that the order of detention passed against the detenu has been revoked by the Government by its order in G.O.Rt.No.72, Cooperation, Food and Consumer Protection (E3) Department, dated 30.03.2017, and he has also produced a copy of the Government Order. Recording the same, the petition is dismissed.
