Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused No.

2 and 3 apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 506(2) of IPC r/w Section 3 of TNPPDL Act, in Crime No.347 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.The first petitioner herein who is shown as A2 in the FIR is having two previous cases both under Section 506(ii) IPC which were registered in the last year. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant relief to the first petitioner.

4.However, taking into account of these circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the second petitioner/Accused No.3 alone with certain conditions. Accordingly, the second petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

5.The second petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.

6.This criminal original petition is dismissed with regard to the first petitioner.
