PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the 2nd respondent police to give necessary police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and her daughter based on the representation of the petitioner dated 25.04.2022. ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the second respondent police to give necessary police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and her daughter based on the representation of the petitioner dated 25.04.2022. 2.It is seen that the representation given by the petitioner dated 25.04.2022 to the respondents 1 and 2 is pending without any progress.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 7 and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
