ORDER

The present revision petition has been filed by a third party to O.S.No.353 of 2015 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Karur.

2. Pending suit, at the instance of the plaintiff, the properties were attached in I.A.No.571 of 2015. The 3rd party to the suit/the revision petitioner had filed I.A.No.224 of 2017 under Order 38 Rule 8 to raise the order of attachment. Since the said application was dismissed, the present revision petition has been filed.

3. This Court had sought for a report from the trial Court with regard to the stage of the proceedings. The learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Karur has sent a report on 14.03.2024 indicating the fact that I.A.No.571 of 2015 itself has been dismissed on 11.10.2018. Therefore, as on today, there is no order of attachment. Therefore, nothing survives to be adjudicated in this revision petition.
