O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by N.ANAND VENKATESH,J.] The petitioner is the husband of the detenue, named, Saranya. According to the petitioner, he got married to the detenue on 15.12.2019. The further case of the petitioner is that the detenue was missing from 05.05.2021 and she is alleged to be under the custody of the respondents 3 and 4.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, this Court ordered https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

H.C.P(MD)No.732 of 2021 notice and the matter is posted today after notice. The detenue was produced and she appeared before this Court through Video Conferencing. On enquiry, the detenue made it clear that she is not willing to go with the petitioner and she wants to stay with her parents.

3. Recording the stand taken by the detenue, this habeas corpus petition is closed.
