The petitioner seeks limited relief of issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the petitioner's representation, dated 09.12.2024 to be disposed of expeditiously.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3. The petitioner has sought for correction in the computerized patta of the petitioner. The said application has been pending with the 2nd respondent from 09.12.2024. In fact, it is seen that the petitioner initially made an application to the 1st respondent and the said application was forwarded to the 2nd respondent for necessary action.

4. In view of the above, direction is issued to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's application, dated 09.12.2024 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
