Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents not to remove the public urinal point and the petty shop situated in T.S.No.278/2 of Kadayanallur Municipality area Tirunelveli District. which is maintained by the petitioner based on the petitioners representation dated 10.10.2015 within the period stipulated by this Court.

The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking for a direction to the respondents not to remove the public urinal point and the petty shop situated in T.S.No.278/2 of Kadayanallur Municipality area, Tirunelveli District which is maintained by the petitioner based on the petitioners representation dated 10.10.2015. 2.It is for the authorities to decide as to where the public toilet should be located and not on the whims and fancies of the individuals.
