O R D E R

*********** [Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

2. The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to produce the body or person of the detenu namely Rajkumar, S/o.Sathasivam, aged 26 years now detained by the 4th and 5th respondents before this Court and set him at liberty.

3.The petitioner is the father of the detenu. The respondent police has produced the detenu before us and it appears that he is working as a Fitness Trainer at Goa and he is willing to join his father and we have also counseled him as well as the petitioner.

4. In view of the above, we find that the detenu is not in illegal custody and therefore, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
