This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry, without due process of law. 2.Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that against the petitioner, as of now, no complaint was received by the second respondent police.

3.The submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded.

4.It is made clear that in the absence of complaint against the petitioner, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
