This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the 4th respondent herein enquiry was undertaken and during the course of enquiry, it was found that it is a civil dispute between the parties and hence, the same has been closed

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, if the petitioner is still aggrieved he has to work out the remedy through appropriate proceedings. 06.04.2023 NCC :
