ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence under Sections 379 of IPC and r/w 21(1) Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulations) Act, in Crime No.176 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail. 1/3

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused has illegally transported three units of river sand. Hence, the case. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner did not involve in any crime as alleged by the prosecution and petitioner was falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent strongly opposes for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner that he has involved in nine cases of similar in nature.
